Advanced Radio Telephone Operator (RTO) Course: 10-12 JUNE WYOMING

Description

This course is being offered individually but can be purchased as part of the larger package at a discount. The Brushbeater RTO Course is a prerequisite for Advanced RTO, zero exceptions.

Advanced RTO Course covers:

• Communications Security (COMSEC) techniques
• Advanced improvised wire antennas
• Digital  VHF / UHF communications
• Encryption utilizing Trigrams and One Time Pad (OTP)

The Advanced RTO Course picks up where the RTO Course leaves off, building on those communications principles covered in RTO. A heavy focus is placed on mastering the role of improvised antennas and communications security in a clandestine or UW environment. The RTO Course is the prerequisite for Advanced RTO, zero exceptions. This is NOT a “Ham radio” course.
