This Research Use Only Policy explains the scope of that designation and the responsibilities that come with purchasing or accessing materials from CDX Compounds.<\/p>\n<p>This policy applies to every product listed in the CDX Compounds research catalog and to all researchers, laboratories, universities, and biotechnology organizations that interact with CDX Compounds.<\/p>\n<h2>Intended Use<\/h2>\n<p>All materials supplied by CDX Compounds are intended strictly for laboratory and preclinical scientific research. Without limitation, materials may not be used for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Human or animal consumption, administration, or application of any kind<\/li>\n<li>Diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease or condition<\/li>\n<li>Cosmetic, athletic, bodybuilding, weight-management, or anti-aging use<\/li>\n<li>Resale for any purpose inconsistent with legitimate scientific research<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Researcher Eligibility<\/h2>\n<p>Access to the CDX Compounds catalog is intended for qualified researchers, laboratories, universities, and biotechnology or pharmaceutical organizations engaged in legitimate scientific investigation. CDX Compounds may request confirmation of research affiliation or intended use prior to fulfilling an order.<\/p>\n<h2>Order &amp; Account Verification<\/h2>\n<p>By placing an order, the purchaser affirms that they are acquiring materials solely for qualified research purposes and agrees to the terms of this policy, our Terms &amp; Conditions, and applicable law.
